Janine Jarman is the salon owner and director of Hairroin Salon, which she founded in 2005. She started offering hair and makeup services to classmates at 15, with a friend, and trained at beauty school after high school. She served as the main stylist and official hairdresser for The Pussycat Dolls and designed their signature look. Among her past clients are Christina Applegate, Britney Spears, Lil' Kim and Carmen Electra, and others include Florence Welch, Tommy Lee, Kylie Minogue, Danica Patrick and Fergie. She also served as principal hairstylist on television shows including Beauty and the Geek and The Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for The Next Doll. In 2010 she reached the final round of the third season of Bravo's Shear Genius and earned Fan Favorite honors.
