Janice Romero

Janice Romero is the owner of XO Beauty & Brows, a microblading trainer, and the creator of Hybrid Brows. She began her career as a microblading artist in 2015, performing microblading at a medical office before opening her own business. She moved to Atlanta in fall 2015.

Her training includes a graduate program in esthetics at the New York Institute of Beauty, and she attended New York University and the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has been a licensed esthetician in New York and a licensed tattoo artist in New York, and is also licensed in Georgia. She trained and was certified in eyebrow embroidery by Rebecca Chung of PrincessBrows Academy in Hong Kong. She is also certified in eyelash extensions by Liquifan Lashes, and she trained in eyelash extensions with a lash artist on Long Island.

Janice focuses on brow tattooing, Hybrid Brows, and microblading, and she has performed brow tattooing on thousands of clients. She trademarked Hybrid Brows in 2017, a combination of microblading and machine shading. She opened Iconic Image in Atlanta in 2019, and she also started a first beauty business in Los Angeles at age 24.
