Janet Filip-McGee

Janet Filip-McGee is a Licensed Paramedical Aesthetician at GOWDA Aesthetics. She has provided skin care services for over thirty years and has experience in skin care, massage therapy and permanent makeup enhancement.

She trained in both European and American skin care techniques, and holds a Michigan State Cosmetology License, certification as a Certified Licensed Aesthetician, certification in International Esthetics, and certification as a Certified Laser Tech (CIDESCO).

Her work centers on tailored skin treatment: IPL rejuvenation, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and laser work. She works on acne, aging, fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage and discoloration with tailored programs. Her affiliations include Associated Skin Care Professionals, the National Society of Paramedical Esthetics, the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, the American Massage Therapy Association, Associated Body Works and Massage Professionals, the International Massage Association and the Dermatology Nurse Association.
