About
Janelle Belles is co-owner and Master Stylist at Structures Salon & Spa in downtown Frederick, Maryland. She started out as an apprentice and then spent three years training under TIGI International Educators before striking out on her own.
She trained at Make-Up Designory (MUD) in Burbank, California, and has kept up advanced study in cutting, color, makeup and lashes. Her hair work centers on detailed texturizing and taking weight out of thick hair. She also designs cuts that hold their shape when air-dried and low-maintenance color meant to grow out gracefully. She still takes some clients in the chair part-time alongside her role at the salon.
