Jane Kim, MD

Jane Kim, MD, appears under plastic surgery at the Skin Cancer and Reconstructive Surgery Center in Orange County, where the practice calls her a board-certified oculofacial surgeon. She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees at UCLA and UCSD, then completed an internship in internal medicine at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach.

During medical school she held a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda. Her ophthalmology residency was at Duke University, and she then completed a two-year fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Michigan, where she later joined the faculty.

Her work covers surgical and non-surgical procedures on the eyes, brows, forehead and mid-face, with a focus on the periocular area. Special interests are cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, revision eyelid surgery and Asian blepharoplasty. Non-surgical facial rejuvenation options include dermal fillers, neurotoxin injections, laser resurfacing and chemical peels.

More than 50 peer-reviewed manuscripts, book chapters and abstracts carry her name, and she regularly presents at national and international symposia.
