About
Jane Alexander is a Reiki, Sound and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner at the Shadyside location of Evolve Wellness Spa in Pittsburgh. She offers Somatic Breathwork™ sessions alongside reiki and sound-based work.
Her Wellness Journey through Reiki & Sound is a 75-minute session for $150 that opens with a centering meditation, then moves into reiki and sound vibrations. Her 1:1 Somatic Breathwork Journey is a 90-minute session for $175 built around circular diaphragmatic breathing.
- Approach
- Her Somatic Breathwork Journey moves through a clearing phase that lets go of what no longer serves the client, followed by a repatterning phase that invites in the emotions and feelings the client wants to build.
