James S. Linder, MD

James S. Linder, MD, serves as medical director of LinderMD Skin and also holds the medical director role at the Surgery Center at St. Francis. He has been board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology since 1997. He earned a degree with honors in chemistry from Indiana University, then completed medical training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine and four years of postgraduate training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He has also logged hundreds of hours of advanced training in facial surgery, lasers and non-surgical aesthetics. Earlier, he was senior staff at Henry Ford Hospital, after which he returned to Memphis to set up a private practice. His practice covers facial procedures that are both surgical and non-surgical, and he has a background in reconstructive and cosmetic work on the eyelids and brows.
