James Hoff owns TEEZ and serves as its chief creative stylist. He runs the salon's day-to-day operations and leads team education and stylist development. He has worked as a hairstylist for over 26 years, with a specialty in highlights and pixie cuts. Earlier, he taught stylists across the United States as an educator and national platform artist for L'ANZA Healing Haircare, and he still trains new stylists at TEEZ. He was named Best Stylist in the 2022 Best of Denton County awards. He is not taking new clients.
