Jaime Watkins

Jaime Watkins, a Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN-CNP), works at Studio 31 providing weight management and hormone therapy. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and much of her nursing career was spent as an obstetrical nurse in labor and delivery. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in 2017. The University of Oklahoma gave her its Clinical Nursing Award. Her professional memberships include the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Phi Theta Kappa Society, and Sigma Theta Tau International, the nursing honor society. Her clinical focus is weight management, hormone replacement and women's health, and over the past five years she has treated both men and women. Plans are tailored to each patient and may include nutrition guidance and medications when appropriate, with regular follow-up visits. Hormone therapy starts with a thorough assessment and bloodwork, with the treatment plan discussed only after those are complete.
