Jacqueline founded Opal Beauty to offer a relaxed, exclusive and personalized salon experience. She worked in corporate and private salons before opening the salon. She has spent the past 15 years working to master her color techniques.
She trained at a cosmetology school in the DC area and has continued her education with Redken, Wella, Oribe, and Bumble and Bumble. Her training covers cutting, styling and color placement, and her specialties include balayage and foilayage.
