Jackie Lyons

Dr. Jackie Lyons is a board-certified plastic surgeon and MD at Cross Medical Group, where she joined after completing her residency. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Her focus is breast surgery, body contouring and facial rejuvenation. Her procedures include breast augmentation, Preservé breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, liposuction, tummy tuck and Mommy Makeovers, plus facelifts, eyelid surgery, brow rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, and injectables such as BOTOX and dermal fillers.

Her interest in women's health shapes much of her work, including care for women after pregnancy and breastfeeding. She also treats patients with age-related changes. She works closely with Dr. Kevin J. Cross, often on the same procedures, and performs facial, breast and body surgery at the Philadelphia practice. She is known for a warm bedside manner. She is a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and a Philadelphia Magazine Top Doctor. She was featured in VOGUE's September 2026 issue as one of Philadelphia's most influential women. She is an active member of the Women in Plastic Surgery Forum.
