Jaci Zayas

Jaci Zayas is an Advanced Aesthetics Injector at Prema Med Spa. She is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is a licensed provider. She has years of experience in injectables, and her specialties include Botox and dermal fillers, including Juvéderm. At a free consultation she assesses the face and watches how it moves, then confirms which Botox areas it will help. She places every Botox unit personally and uses conservative dosing, with small, precise amounts meant to soften lines while keeping expression natural. For fillers, she places product in the cheeks, lips and folds, and chooses the product and amount after assessing the area. She prefers adding small amounts over time so that patients are not overfilled at the first visit. She also performs Morpheus8 skin tightening on Prema's InMode Morpheus8 device, setting the depth and energy for each treatment area and person. Clients see the same injector at every visit, including follow-up appointments.
