Iya Katz

Iya Katz founded ELEVATE and serves as its Founder and Clinical Director. The practice was set up in response to shortcomings in traditional care models. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over twenty years of clinical experience in family nursing and aesthetic medicine, and her credentials are FNP and RN. Her specialties include autoimmune infertility, functional medicine, hormone balancing and regenerative therapies. She is also a master injector. Her approach brings medical rigor to care aimed at overall wellness and balance.
