Irina Marginean

Irina Marginean is the lead aesthetic nurse practitioner at PureMargins Aesthetic Clinic in Northbrook. She is a registered nurse with over seven years of patient care experience, including procedural nursing in the gastroenterology specialty, where she worked with physiology, pharmacology and moderate sedation to keep patients safe during procedures.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, earned in 2017 with honors, and a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from the same university, earned in 2024, also with honors. Her credentials are APRN and FNP-BC, and she is certified in aesthetic medicine as a nurse practitioner.

Her work centers on non-surgical aesthetic enhancement. She performs anti-wrinkle injections with Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau, dermal fillers planned around each client's facial structure and goals, and microneedling with PRF. She is also a practitioner for Botox, neuromodulator, filler and biostimulator treatments, IV therapy, PRF and medical weight loss.

At the initial consultation she looks at facial shape and skin before suggesting a plan. For anti-wrinkle clients she tailors treatment to individual concerns, gives aftercare instructions and a later review, and offers maintenance plans with regular assessment.
