Irina Batashki

Irina Batashki founded IB Therapy and works there as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Women's Health Provider. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), and her listed credentials are MSN, APRN and FNP-C. She also works as a Regenerative Aesthetics Provider and brings more than seven years of nursing experience, including labor and delivery and women's health.

Her clinical work concentrates on pelvic floor weakness, postpartum recovery, urinary leakage, intimate wellness and changes that come with aging. Many of her patients are women dealing with bladder leakage, recovery after childbirth, pelvic floor weakness, or intimate dryness and discomfort. She offers pelvic health consultations and treatments, and she performs hair restoration using PRF or PRP, as well as Derive exosome treatments delivered with the ULTRA+ ultrasound device.

Her training focuses on regenerative and aesthetic procedures. She is a certified O-Shot provider and was formally trained to perform the procedure.
