Ioana Qureshi is a co-owner and lead artist at Rare Bird Beauties, which she co-founded in 2016 with Jennifer Beyers. The two met in 2013 while working on a wedding together. She works at the Owner level, directly with the founders, on bridal and special event hair and makeup. She also leads professional hair and makeup lessons as a co-owner and senior educator.
