Inzhili Kitto

Inzhili Kitto is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who owns Kitto Plastic Surgery in Richmond, Virginia. She works across aesthetic surgery of the face, eyes and body, with patients who are men and women. She earned a medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, then completed a six-year plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. Her fellowship in oculoplastic surgery and facial aesthetics was with Dr. Mark Codner in Atlanta, Georgia, focusing on facelifts and neck lifts for men and women. Her work includes upper and lower eyelid surgery and ptosis repair, along with training in reconstructing eyelids and other facial areas after Mohs surgery. She also performs cosmetic and reconstructive breast, body and men's procedures, and the practice offers non-surgical options including Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, jawline contouring and chemical peels.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and has given podium presentations at national meetings, including those of the ASPS. She has received academic and research honors from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the New York Chapter of the American College of Surgeons.
