Ingrid E. Trenkle, MD

Ingrid E. Trenkle, MD, is a dermatologist at the Redlands office, where she has practiced dermatology for more than 30 years. She graduated from Loma Linda University Medical School in 1973, then completed a rotating internship at USC Medical Center and an internal medicine residency at Loma Linda. Her dermatology residency was at the University of California San Francisco, where she was chief resident in her final year, and she later completed a dermatopathology residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, part of Harvard University Medical School. Earlier in her career she spent a year in Zambia, Africa, running a leprosarium.

Her work covers both cosmetic and therapeutic dermatology. She is the provider who targets facial muscles for Botox Cosmetic, and she trains others on several dermal fillers, among them Restylane, Bellafill, Perlane, Juvederm, Radiesse and Sculptra. She was an early adopter of collagen fillers. Laser hair removal is among the treatments she and her team offer.

Her laser work includes PicoWay, Excel-V, fractional CO2, IPL and ultrasound for pigment, and the practice regards her as a leader in laser technology and one of Southern California's most reputable dermatologists.
