Inessa Batkhan

Inessa Batkhan works in the DMV area as an ombré powder brow specialist, makeup artist and hair stylist. Her permanent makeup work centers on ombré powder brows, and she also offers eyeliner, lip blush and lash tint procedures. She carries an extensive line of PCA products and is a PCA SKIN Certified Professional.

Working in beauty since 1985, she has spent more than 25 years with makeup brands including Mac, Bobby Brown, Nars, Makeup Forever and Jane Iredale. She trained as an aesthetician at the Yvonne de Vilar Scientific Skin Care School of European Aesthetics and earned a hairstylist degree from the Minsk Hair Design College in Belarus. Further cosmetology study took her to Israel and the United States, and her advanced cutting and coloring education comes from the Paul Mitchell school.

Her international certifications in advanced ombré powder brow application come from Academy Rudko ArtLine in Kiev, Ukraine. For further instruction, she goes to Chicago's Vidal Sassoon Academy and New York City's Wella Studio. Coursework through the International Dermal Institute and other trade groups is also part of her ongoing training.
