Ian Skolnik is the founder and head stylist at So Curl Hair and became a hair designer in 2005. He specializes in curly hair, offering Curly Cuts for all curl and wave patterns along with custom color services. He welcomes clients with curly hair and offers Curly Cuts to clients ages 12 and up.
