Howell Tiller

Dr. J. Howell Tiller serves as Medical Director at Meraki by Steven, where he performs cosmetic surgery for both men and women. He holds an MD and ABPS. Starting in 1985, he worked as a cosmetic surgeon at the National Naval Medical Center near Washington, DC. He was personal surgeon to President Ronald Reagan. He left active duty in 1988 with the rank of Commander in the U.S. Navy and went on to direct Watergate Cosmetic Surgery. In 1995 he established a cosmetic surgery practice in Miami, Florida, and he also opened South Beach Cosmetic Surgery Center. In 2016 he opened a private cosmetic surgery practice in Pensacola, Florida. He is known for pioneering muscle augmentation, including implants for the biceps, triceps, pectorals, abdomen, buttocks and calves. He is internationally recognized as a leader in cosmetic surgery and is an invited guest at medical conferences.
