About
Hijiri Shepherd runs Heartfish Press, a letterpress printing and floral design studio in Brooklyn, and handles the design work there. She makes floral pieces with dried flowers. Her schooling began in Tokyo with graphic design. She later studied art direction at a university in San Francisco, and afterward held an art director position at an advertising agency. She moved to New York City in 2008 and started freelancing as a designer.
