Helen Ting Chen

Helen Ting Chen works as a practitioner at Inkredible Touch, doing eyeliner, lip coloring and eyebrow work, with ombré and nano brows among them. She has more than 17 years of work across several art forms. She earned her degree from Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts with highest honors, summa cum laude, and was on the dean's list for her entire undergraduate program. Her permanent makeup training includes the DC Permanent Makeup Training Center, the American Academy of Micropigmentation and the South Korea Semi Permanent Makeup Training School, and her semi-permanent makeup study took her to South Korea, Germany and China. She holds New Jersey certification as a permanent makeup practitioner and as a permanent makeup instructor. Other credentials include Certified Platinum Trainer and Practitioner status and Diplomat designation from the American Academy of Micropigmentation, plus Diplomat status and membership in the International Federation of Beauty Culturist organizations. She has completed a bloodborne pathogens infection control certificate and serves as an AAM Certified Instructor, supervising students in the AAM certification course. Her work has placed first in the AP Permanent Cosmetic Contest for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips, and first in undergraduate annual exhibitions at Seton Hall University and Rutgers Mason Gross School of the Arts.
