About
Heidi Lewis-Smith owns Heidi's and has run the business since opening it in 2012. She studied human services at Lasell College starting in 1997 and graduated in 2001 with a sociology degree. For several years after that she worked as a social worker and then as a supervisor at a teen shelter.
She trained in esthetics at the Catherine Hinds Institute in 2005. After training she worked as an apprentice and then as an employee at several local spas and salons, and in 2011 she earned her Master Esthetician license.
