Heidi Frey

Heidi Frey works as a stylist at Heidi Frey hair design in Costa Mesa. Her specialties are hair color, precision cuts, and hair and makeup for weddings and events. For color, she works with Goldwell Color on transformations ranging from blondes and brunettes to reds, ombré and balayage. Her cutting covers pixies, bobs, choppy layers, long cuts and asymmetrical designs, along with men's grooming such as classic business cuts, relaxed surfer styles, pompadours and fringes.

Training began at Paul Mitchell The School. She has since trained in several hair extension brands, including Philocaly, Dream Catchers and CinderellaHair, and holds certifications in each. She is also certified in all NovaLash eyelash extension techniques, and travels for advanced training and creative work in places including Hollywood, Las Vegas, London, Paris and across Europe.

As a bridal and event stylist, she handles both hair and makeup for weddings, photo shoots and special occasions. For extensions, she begins by listening to each client and considering their lifestyle, then color-matches and customizes each set for a natural look.
