Heather Somers is the owner stylist at Blooming Color & Curls. She graduated from Paul Mitchell in Orlando, Florida, in 2012, and her interest in color, curls and extensions developed after beauty school. She has taken certifications including Deva Curl, REZO and Forever Curls Academy.
