Heather Rullo is a nail technician at Polished. She has more than 30 years of experience in the beauty industry and started her career at the salon when it was still known as Hands and Tans. After a few years working in other salons, she returned in 2019.
Her specialties are natural nail care, acrylic and gel enhancements and custom nail designs. She has served as a Young Nails Mentor, taught classes to other nail technicians and served as a mentor at many large trade shows.
She is known for attention to detail and a polished, flawless finish, and she creates looks from simple and clean to bold and glamorous to suit each client. She also holds a license as an insurance agent.
