Heather

Heather is the LMT Lead at Mudra Massage & Wellness in Portland, Oregon. She has been an active massage therapist since 2006, the year she graduated from Ashmead College. In the second half of her career she has focused on treating injuries from car accidents and workplace incidents, and she is the only therapist at the salon who offers the taping add-on. Her skills span deep tissue, sports therapy, aromatherapy, pregnancy massage, neuromuscular techniques, hydrotherapy, myofascial release and general relaxation. Her menu includes Ashiatsu, Fusion, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Head Neck & Shoulder and a two-hour Signature massage, and she also offers trigger point work, gua sha, hot stones and cupping. She suggests that clients try massage at least once to see whether it supports their health and self-care.
