Heather Mangrum

Heather Mangrum is the owner and a provider and injector at Derma Dickson A Medspa, and holds the FNP-C credential. She has worked as a nurse practitioner for over 15 years and has done cosmetic injections for over 11 years.

Her background includes four years as a nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner, work as an ICU nurse at Vanderbilt, and time as a same-day surgery nurse. She later worked as an ENT nurse practitioner, which gave her extensive training in head and neck care, and she has run a medical weight loss and hormone clinic. She previously used Botox for migraine treatment before focusing on cosmetic patients.

She works with clients on building skin care routines that help them feel comfortable in their skin, and she welcomes questions from prospective clients about their skin care needs. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-aging and commits to continuing education in aesthetic and general medicine.
