Hannah Gurske Murphy

Hannah Gurske Murphy is the owner of Beauty By Hannah Elise and works in bridal hair and makeup. She completed hair school at Z Hair Academy in 2020, and she worked at a salon before that. Her earlier experience also includes lash extensions. Her work centers on bridal styling, which she began after reaching out to a local wedding show. She has worked over 200 weddings. She works with brides, their families and friends on wedding days. Her hair work includes whimsical and romantic updos, Hollywood waves and sleek updos, and she is known for a signature curls blowout. Her makeup work leans toward natural to soft glam looks. Her styling is soft and romantic, keeps each client recognizable, and finishes with an elevated bridal touch. She received the 2024 Best Makeup Artist award from Kansas City Engaged. She also works at Victoria Rose Studios.
