About
Hanna Whyte is a massage therapist and yoga instructor at Golden Door in Brentwood, Missouri, and is listed with the LMT credential. She opened Good Space Massage in 2019. Earlier, she helped launch and manage two yoga studios in the Chicago area, has taught more than 4,000 hours of yoga, and has led more than a dozen yoga teacher trainings. Her education over the past decade covers yoga, fitness, dance, functional movement, massage, Asian bodywork and natural medicine. She completed a 200-hour yoga teaching certification in 2014 and the Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork program at Pacific College of Health and Science Chicago in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago and has studied Thai massage in Bali, Indonesia. Her sessions mix myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, stretching, energetic touch and cupping, adapted to what each client needs that day. She also teaches infant massage to caregivers, first on a doll and then on the caregiver's own baby, and lessons can start during pregnancy. Private parent lessons are $75, or $280 for a four-pack, and small group lessons for up to four families are $115. A 60-minute massage is $105 and a 90-minute massage is $150.
