Hallie works as a hair stylist and microblading specialist at Shear Paradise Salon, bringing seven years of industry experience to the chair. She trained at Penrose Academy, holds a cosmetology license, and is trained and certified in microblading. Her hair work covers freehand balayage, color corrections, full highlights, and basic color. She focuses on building new relationships with clients and cares about each one.
