Haley has worked at Elevate since 2021 and has been working fully behind the chair since 2022. She trained at TCHS in Downingtown for cosmetology school and became fully licensed before graduating from high school. She specializes in blonding, dimensional color and blowouts, and is certified in lash lift and tint, brow lamination and lash extensions. She enjoys working with guests in the chair and on the lash bed.
