Haley Valentine

Haley Valentine founded Valentine Collective and works as a founder artist and master bridal artist. She is also an R+Co National Educator and has been licensed since 2013. Her experience spans more than a decade in bridal beauty, editorial work and published bridal features, along with celebrity styling and print and media work. Her early work focused on lived-in color and bridal artistry.

Her specialties are natural dimensional color, lived-in blondes and bronde, hair extensions, and bridal and special event styling. She leads the Master Artist bridal level, the only artist in that tier. Her bridal looks are timeless and luxurious, shaped to each bride's vision.

She leads VCO EDU, the salon's education program for stylists, with a focus on lived-in blonding, strategic placement and simplifying behind-chair techniques. Her teaching combines technical precision with real-world salon efficiency and happens through in-salon trainings, apprenticeships and mentorship. She works at both the Seattle and Woodinville locations.
