Haley Smith

Haley Smith is the Master Stylist and owner of LoveLeys Hair. She holds a cosmetology license and is a licensed cosmetology instructor. She earned a degree in Public Relations before moving into cosmetology, and relocated to Virginia in 2013 to pursue her license. Her specialties are curls, extensions and overall hair health, and she works with systems designed to produce consistent results. Client appointments now make up a smaller part of her week, with most of her time going to leadership, teaching and growing the business. She trains new stylists through the LoveLeys Natural Hair Academy, covering salon theory and hands-on technique, mentors the team, and keeps a limited number of clients each month. She also hosts client workshops and community events. Her leadership and artistry have been featured in Essence and VPM.
