Gustavo Briand

Gustavo Briand is the owner and master stylist of the studio, where he works as a hair stylist and beauty director. He took advanced training in hair design at the Vidal Sassoon Academy School of Hair Dressing, including multi-tone color and foil placement, and was later certified as a Vidal Sassoon instructor. He worked directly with Vidal Sassoon and taught at the academy before joining its Artistic Team.

After leaving the academy, he worked as a hair designer and artistic director at several salons around the world before opening his own studio. He has trained in-house Sassoon stylists and, through seminars in the US and abroad, hundreds of outside stylists. He has cared for the hair of Elan Sassoon, son of Vidal Sassoon, for years.

His work was featured at London Fashion Week in 1995, and he appeared as a platform artist at the International NYC Beauty Show four years in a row. He has made TV appearances on Univision and America TV in Miami and had his own segment on Gems TV's Cambio Total, with radio interviews in the US and Japan and editorial work in the US, Argentina and the UK. Allure magazine recommends him as a top Miami colorist and stylist.
