Guanhong Ma is an acupuncture physician and licensed massage therapist at Aesthetemed. He is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist, certified by the NCCAOM and the NCBTMB, and has more than 20 years of experience in acupuncture.
He trained at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China and graduated in 1990. He began practicing in 1997 at Siren Spa in New York, where he worked with herbal medicine masks and esthetic technology for beauty. By 2001 his practice had grown to include cosmetic acupuncture, weight control, fertility and pain management.
He has contributed to Day Spa Magazine and the International Journal of Acupuncture.
