About
Giovanni James started The Scalp Shop, where he serves as Lead SMP Artist and Master Educator. He conceptualized scalp micropigmentation in the 1990s and was the first to both conceptualize and perform SMP in the United States. The New York Times called him an innovator. He has run his own business since age 21 and is certified in Management By Statistics.
