Gina Joseph is the founder of Beauty Kulture 101. She began working in the spa industry in June 2004 and has about 20 years of experience in the field. Early in her career she worked at two luxury spas in New York City, and she was later recruited to help open spas in New Jersey, Dallas, San Francisco and Atlanta. Her training includes lymphatic drainage and patient care, completed in Colombia, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. She specializes in post-operative care. She also travels with clients to post-operative destinations in Colombia, Turkey, the Dominican Republic and Miami. Beyond the spa, she designs spa environments for corporate spaces.
