Gigi Destrat

Gigi Destrat, also known as GiGi, is the owner of De-Strat Hair Design and works there as a master stylist. She has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 29 years. She works full time as a hair stylist and part time as a tax preparer.

She graduated from Wilfred Beauty Academy in New York, New York, in 1994. She holds a senior cosmetologist license in Maryland and Florida, an associate degree in Business Management from Berkeley College in Woodbridge, New Jersey, received in 2001, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kean University in Union, New Jersey. She attends hair shows every year and has taken several advanced classes to keep up with industry changes.

Her specialties include advanced cutting, hair coloring, hair extensions, scalp treatment, natural hair and updos. She also works with natural hair care, extensions, special occasion styling and relaxed hair. Customer satisfaction is very important to her, and she aims to help men and women of all backgrounds feel good about how they look.
