Gerry Christopher is the owner and a licensed esthetician, and has worked in holistic and alternative medicine since 1982. The first job was at a med spa in Philadelphia's Rittenhouse Square, where she performed laser treatments, chemical peels and facials. She works as an educator as well.
She trained in male waxing in London, England, and took a chemical peel class in Manhattan, New York, which led to further study in skin care. Her certifications include oncology esthetics, laser hair removal, IPL facials, fractional treatments and tattoo removal, along with Reiki and advanced energy healing. In 2013 she opened Nu You Skin Care, which combined Ayurveda, holistic treatments and esthetics.
Her focus includes male waxing. She is also a certified oncology esthetician.
