Gerald Minniti, M.D., F.A.C.S., practices as a board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills and sees patients from Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. He has been board-certified for 24 years, and he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He trained on the East Coast in Boston, New York, and Providence before moving west to practice. He has published in leading plastic surgery journals and lectures to other surgeons.
His medical degree is from New York Medical College, which he finished with honors. He was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha. He interned in general surgery at USC, then completed a general surgery residency and a plastic surgery residency at Brown University. In his final year at Brown he returned as an Instructor in Plastic Surgery. He also completed an aesthetic surgery fellowship with Baker, Stuzin and Baker in Miami.
His practice covers primary and revision surgery of the face, breast, and nose, along with body contouring, including procedures for massive weight loss patients and revision of liposuction deformities. He does fat grafting to the face, buttock, and breast, and performs complex revision breast surgery for implant complications and soft tissue issues. He is an official investigator for Preserve by Motiva and contributes to its ongoing development and outcomes research; he is one of only 50 surgeons in the United States trained in that breast augmentation technique. Rhinoplasty is planned around each patient's anatomy and goals, with minimal scarring as an aim, and it can address breathing concerns. Before breast augmentation, patients review a 3D simulation during consultation. Botox, Xeomin, and facial fillers are offered alongside facial rejuvenation surgery.
