About
George Accattato is the Artistic Director Stylist and Managing Partner at the Evanston salon. He has been behind the chair with Art+Science since 1989, when he was one of its first employees, and has more than 20 years of experience there. He specialized in men's hair throughout his career, still works with female clients, and mentors assistants in the salon's men's cutting program.
His training includes Pivot Point Academy, Vidal Sassoon ABC, Bumble and Bumble University and Old School Barber Academy (Schorem, Rotterdam). He has taught cutting classes on almost every continent with Pivot Point, American Crew, MENSDEPT and Reuzel, and he is head of education at Reuzel. Services include haircuts at $115, blow-dries at $95, bang or neck trims at $10 (free for returning clients), and perms and keratin treatments, which require a consultation first.
