Frank Weathers

Frank Weathers owns the studio and works as both hair colorist and hair stylist. He has more than 30 years of experience in hair color and styling, and before moving to Portland he ran a hair salon in San Diego, California.

His color work covers corrective color, gray transition and conversion, color blending, highlights, lowlights and gray coverage. He colors every shade, from blonde to brunette and red to black. He also cuts hair for all genders, including men's, women's and gender neutral styles.
