Francis E. Toscano

Dr. Francis E. Toscano is Medical Director of Red Bamboo Medi Spa, a medical spa in Clearwater, Florida. He has practiced in the Clearwater area for over thirty years and holds M.D. and FACEP credentials. He graduated with honors from Duke University and finished an Emergency Medicine residency in 1980. He is board certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, a certification he has held continuously for over thirty years. Earlier at Morton Plant Hospital he served as Chairman and Medical Director of the Emergency Department, was elected President of the Morton Plant Hospital Medical Staff in 2001, and has sat on the hospital's Board of Trustees. The University of South Florida School of Medicine made him an Assistant Clinical Professor, and the USF Family Practice Program chose him as Clinical Preceptor of the Year. On the aesthetic side, he holds an Advanced Level 4 classification for Botox, dermal fillers and lasers from the Ageless Aesthetic Institute, is certified to perform PRP stem cell facials, and holds Cynosure certification in SmartLipo. He was the first physician in Pinellas County to introduce PRP stem cell therapy for aesthetic services, in 2010, and he has performed over 1,000 SmartLipo procedures.
