Founder

Working as a hair stylist and trichologist, the founder started TFM Brand in 2010. Natural hair work began in 2006 at Ayo's VIPs, and trichology is now practiced at the East Point salon.

Training includes graduation from USTI, the United States Top School of Trichology, along with a Master Cosmetologist license from Atlanta Technical College.

In July 2014, the stylist served as stage coordinator and host for Taliah Waajid's first WNHBS show in Times Square, New York. Styling credits include Nicki Minaj, Jessica White and Missy Elliot. The work has appeared on runways and in Hype Hair and Marie Claire.

The founder wrote Naturalcation, a natural hair book sold through Amazon and Barnes and Noble, and created the Daddy and Me natural tresses workshops and the Mama I Want to Braid boot camp. The stylist was named Atlanta's 1st Hottest Natural Hair Stylist in 2022 and has been nominated for Atlanta's Hottest Hair Stylist every year since 2017.
