Flor Kneitz

Flor Kneitz founded Rose Milk Aesthetics, owns it, and works there as head practitioner. Her credentials are APRN and FNP-C, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners has granted her board certification. She completed her bachelor's and master's degrees at UTHealth Houston. She has more than a decade of medical experience, almost 15 years in total. Her early clinical years were in primary and urgent care, and she moved into medical aesthetics, specializing in it from 2021.

Before opening the practice, she spent a year as an intensive mentee in aesthetic medicine. Her training spans the United States and other countries and includes one-on-one advanced sessions with aesthetic instructors. Through continuing medical education and hands-on work, she has collaborated with estheticians, board-certified dermatologists and facial plastic surgeons. She attends roughly 25 advanced in-person training sessions a month, keeps up with online medical courses, and completes cadaver-based anatomy labs each year.

She is pursuing the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist credential and a Menopause Society certification, and she has already earned several aesthetic medicine certifications.

Her practice focuses on injectables, Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, regenerative aesthetic modalities, and skincare and holistic wellness. Each treatment is planned individually, beginning with a consultation to discuss goals, assess needs and recommend options. Her approach to patient care is compassionate.
