Felix Oo is the creative director and founder of Felix Hair Salon. He worked at Hair Mates Salon in the East Village, New York, then at Ishi Salon in Manhattan between Lexington and Madison Avenues. He also worked at Tosler Davis Salon and T Gardens Salon.
He later managed T Gardens Texas, the second branch of that salon, from August 2022 to August 2025. He also opened Felix Hair Salon.
