Felicia

Felicia is a stylist at Salon Halloo with more than 15 years of experience behind the chair. She began her cosmetology career in Georgia, where she earned a cosmetology license, and worked for years in the Atlanta area before moving to the Northwest.

She worked at Salon Halloo for a few years before the pandemic, then took a break from the salon. Her experience covers all hair types, and she focuses on listening to clients to understand what their hair needs.
