About
Felicia Chavando works as a massage therapist at The Dragontree and graduated from Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy. Before that, she spent many years in holistic wellness as a folk herbalist, a traditional Mexican medicine practitioner and a homebirth midwife. Prenatal and postpartum massage is a particular passion, and she has years of experience with traditional Mesoamerican abdominal and womb massage. She aims to make bodywork more accessible to BIPOC and other underserved community members, and approaches each person with individualized, inclusive care, starting from their own situation.
